Organized by the South Asian Association for Gastronomy (S.A.A.G), the Food for Thought Fest has gained international recognition since its inception in 2015. Additionally, the Bazaar section will collaborate with Royal Fables, India's authentic platform showcasing the craft, culture, and cuisine of Princely India. It will present indigenous products from royal families and hand-made brands of India, providing a unique shopping experience for visitors.

Culinary Pavilions: A Unique Experience

This year's Food for Thought Fest in Ahmadabad will introduce three culinary pavilions, each offering a unique experience for a limited number of guests. The Royal Pavilion will showcase the cuisines of royal families in association with 'Kitchen of the Kings,' presented by the scions of nine royal families.

The Spiritual Pavilion will serve food offered as BHOG in revered temples from India and Nepal, accompanied by soulful live performances of Raas Leela and Kirtaniyas. It will be a spiritual and gastronomic journey, immersing visitors in the sacred food traditions of the region.

The Wellness Pavilion will serve modern Indian cuisine prepared by a Celebrity Chef, based on the three body types prescribed by Ayurveda.
